Solar plant as a service in practice

Solar analysis
First, we analyze your electricity consumption profile to determine the optimal plant size for your property. We also assess the maximum feasible capacity that can be implemented on site.
We provide an offer for the solar electricity generated. Typically, solar production can cover 10–20% of a property’s annual electricity demand.

Agreement
We sign an agreement for building the solar plant on your property and selling the production to you. The typical contract length is 15 years, and billing is based on the actual electricity produced, invoiced monthly.
If your operations at the property end before the contract expires, we will agree on changes flexibly. You will never pay for electricity you do not use.

Installation
Our project manager will contact you to initiate the solar project. For commercial properties, delivery typically takes 8–12 weeks from order confirmation. The project is executed on a full turnkey basis.
Our trained installers carry out the work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards – allowing you to stay fully focused on your core business throughout the installation.

Operation and Maintenance
The agreement also includes lifecycle services: maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades of the solar plant. Your only responsibility is the electricity bill – while you enjoy the production, which you can monitor in real time with your own login.
We perform an annual on-site inspection.
In case of any anomalies, our automatic remote monitoring system ensures rapid response.

A fixed price is agreed for solar electricity, which is reviewed annually during the contract period using a pre-agreed coefficient. The adjustment and coefficient are based on the historical increase of total industrial electricity costs.
