Whistleblowing channel for reporting concerns and violations

Solarigo is committed to operating transparently, responsibly, and in accordance with ethical principles. We strive to ensure that our actions align with our values and guidelines every day, in all situations.

To support this, we provide our stakeholders with the opportunity to report suspected misconduct confidentially through a dedicated whistleblowing channel.

What can you report?
A report may relate to, for example:

You do not need to have conclusive proof—reasonable suspicion of misconduct or unethical behavior is sufficient.

Confidentiality and protection of the reporter
All reports are handled confidentially and with due care. We take every report seriously.

The whistleblowing channel is managed by an external, independent service provider to ensure anonymity and data security. Reports can also be submitted anonymously.

We do not tolerate any retaliation against individuals who submit a report.

Handling of reports
Reports are processed without delay and no later than within three months of receipt. Any personal data is handled in accordance with Solarigo’s privacy policy.
