First, based on your electricity consumption profile, we find out what size solar power plant would be the most profitable for your property. Correspondingly, we analyze how large a realization it is possible to install for the property.
We make an offer for the electricity produced by the solar power plant. Typically, production can cover 10–20% of the property's annual electricity use.

PPA CONTRACT
We make a contract to install a solar power plant on your property and sell the production to you. The length of the contract period is typically around 15 years and we bill you based on the realized production on a monthly basis.
If you stop operating in the property before the end of the contract, we will agree on the change flexibly. You do not have to pay for electricity that you are not using yourself.

INSTALLATION OF THE SOLAR POWER PLANT
Our project manager will contact you to start the solar power plant project. The solar power plant is typically delivered within 8–12 weeks of order confirmation. The implementation is done on a turnkey basis.
Our trained installers carry out the installation work in a high-quality, safe and efficient manner. You can focus on your core business throughout the installation project.

SOLAR POWER PLANT MAINTENANCE
The PPA solution includes all maintenance, upkeep, monitoring and updating of the solar power plant. The customer only takes care of the electricity bill and enjoys the production of the solar power plant, which you can monitor in real time with your own credentials.
We do an annual maintenance inspection on site.
We react quickly to possible disruptions with the help of remote monitoring of the solar power plant.

The customer does not have to do anything to the solar power plant. We are responsible for the construction, use, maintenance, servicing and updating of the solar power plant.
DOES THE SOLAR PLANT NEED ANYTHING TO BE DONE DURING THE CONTRACT PERIOD?
No. You only pay the agreed price for solar electricity that has been produced by the solar plant.
WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL COSTS TO THE AGREED SOLAR ELECTRICITY PRICE?
The contract period is typically 15 years, but contracts of 10 to 20 years are also possible. The contract period affects the price of our Offer.
WHICH CONTRACT TIMES ARE POSSIBLE?
The customer has the option to buy the solar power plant from us or continue the contract with us. If you don't want to do either, we'll dissemble the power plant and you won't have to worry about it.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT PERIOD?
We will agree on this with you flexibly. In any case, you do not have to pay for the electricity produced by the solar power plant if you are not using it yourself.
WHAT IF OUR OPERATIONS END AT THE PROPERTY DURING THE CONTRACT PERIOD?
After 5 years, the customer can buy the solar power plant. We can provide a price table in advance.
CAN YOU BUY THE SOLAR POWER PLANT FOR YOURSELF DURING THE CONTRACT PERIOD?
The flexible price follows your alternative electricity cost, which takes into account the hourly SPOT price of electricity + electricity transmission fees in your area + your company's electricity tax. For this alternative electricity cost of yours, we offer a discount in the flexible price model.
The fixed price and the annual increase included in it are based on the increase in the market price of electricity in the long term.
The price per offer is most significantly influenced by Solarigo's solar power plant investment cost, the solar power plant's production forecast and the length of the contract period.

PPA - SOLAR POWER PLANT AS A SERVICE
In the PPA solution, the customer gets a solar power plant without own investment.
Solarigo installs, finances, owns and operates the solar power plant. We offer 100% renewable solar electricity from the solar power plant to your property with a 15-20 year contract on a full service basis. The customer only pays for the electricity produced by the solar power plant. A competitive, flexible or fixed price for electricity is agreed in advance.
PPA is a turnkey solution. In addition to building the solar power plant, we take care of the use, maintenance and upkeep of the system. We are also responsible for possible new and replacement investments throughout the contract period and guarantee the quality of the work in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management certificate.

PRICE OF SOLAR ELECTRICITY
In the PPA solution, the customer only pays for the electricity produced by the solar power plant, no transmission fees or electricity tax need to be paid. Solarigo handles the investment and all life cycle costs of the solar power plant.
FIXED PRICE
Periodically reviewed pricing model
A fixed price is agreed for solar electricity, which is revised every calendar year during the contract period by a factor agreed in advance. The price revision and multiplier are based on the increase in the total cost of industrial electricity historically. With a fixed price your advantage is predictability of energy costs and protection from electricity price fluctuation.
FLEXIBLE PRICE
The pricing is linked to the market
The price of solar electricity is tied to the costs you would incur when you normally get electricity from the grid. Costs include the hourly stock market price of electricity, transmission fees and electricity tax. We offer a discount for this cost. With our flexible pricing model you will always pay less for your solar electricity compared to market price.
