SOLAR PARKS
FOR LANDOWNERS
RENT OR SELL LAND FOR SOLAR PARKS
CONTRACT MODEL
Typically, different amounts of rent are paid for the planning, construction, and production time. From the landowner's point of view, the realization of the project is important. Land purchase agreements are usually conditional on the completion of the project.
ENVIRONMENT
Building solar parks is relatively easy. Land transfer is not always necessary at all, and the park does not exactly cause a load on the surrounding nature.
We do the necessary environmental studies for each project. We will be happy to tell you more!
SUITABLE AREA
The characteristics of a land area suitable for a solar park are:
-
at least 6 hectares
-
20 kV or 110 kV power line

STEPS
WHAT IS A SOLAR PARK?
Solar parks are large systems that consist of solar panel and other electricity equipment. The parks produce 100 % renewable energy. Solar parks increase local and domestic energy self-suffieciency,
Construction of solar parks is light. Land transfer is not always necessary, and the park does not stress the environment much. We will be happy to share more information on this topic!
